A Lifestyle Wellbeing Shoot with Sascha
Sascha and I have worked together a few times now, and one of my favourite things about photographing her is how deeply she lives the work she shares with her clients.
Every shoot we’ve done has had a slightly different focus, but this one was all about wellbeing – slowing down, grounding herself, and showing the quieter moments that shape her daily life and business.
She wanted a collection of images that felt warm, real, and human. Not staged or corporate. Not overly polished. Just her – at home, in her rhythm, living the practices she teaches.
So we built this session around a simple idea:
What does wellbeing look like in the real world?
A shoot focused on presence, balance, and the moments that keep you grounded.
Sascha and I have worked together a few times, but this shoot was all about slowing things down — capturing the real rhythms of her wellbeing-focused life.
No stiff posing. No heavy styling. Just warmth, movement, and the softness of everyday rituals.
Wellbeing isn’t a performance — it’s a practice.

Nourishing Moments at Home
Fresh food, soft morning light, and intentional routines. Simple, honest moments—cooking, tea breaks, and the quiet energy that shapes her day.
Movement, Breath and Grounding
On her deck, we kept things natural and relaxed: mindful stretches, gentle stillness, cosy textures.
By the ocean—a Reminder to Exhale
We ended at the beach for movement, open space, and that calm coastal glow. The part of wellbeing that can’t be scripted — freedom, breath, and clarity.
